A 90-minute online workshop for artists exploring the mental and emotional side of creative practice. This session offers a space to better understand the patterns that can shape creativity, from self-doubt and pressure to feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and introduces practical ways to work with them more effectively.

Facilitated by Menaka Thomas, an Indian fusion singer with a background in counselling, yoga therapy and physiotherapy, this workshop combines lived artistic experience with simple, body-based and reflective approaches. Participants will gain tools to feel more grounded, build self-trust and support a more sustainable creative practice.
