Special COVID-19 Announcement:
Thanks for your interest in booking tickets at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre.

There are changes to the way you need to book your tickets while COVID-19 restrictions are in place for our venue. Please read our 10 point ticketing plan below:

  1. All bookings must be made by phone or in person at the Moncrieff’s box office at the venue. In order to best accommodate you and to keep you safe, we are booking all tickets manually. Online bookings have been disabled.
  2. Please call 07 4130 4100 to book by phone.
  3. Box office hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
  4. Under our COVID Safe Plan (Section 9.1 Exemptions Sought), we are able to book “bubble seating” which means that family and social groups* who book together are able to book in a group of up to 10 people. Each “bubble” will have a separation of 1.5m from the next booking. Under these conditions, we can book up to 50% of the venue’s capacity.
  5. Note that we have special rates for groups of 10 so you get quite a discount for booking this way.
  6. Bookings of greater than 10 people need to be split across more “bubbles”. The maximum seating in one bubble is 10 people.
  7. All tickets will be on a “best available” basis whereby Moncrieff staff will determine your seats. You will not be able to choose your own seat.
  8. Tickets will be booked under our amended COVID Terms and Conditions of Sale which are available on our website HERE.
  9. Please take precautions to keep yourself and other safe. If you are feeling sick, if you have cold or flu-like symptoms, please do not attend the venue and contact us to talk about ticket refunds as per our amended COVID Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  10. You may request to see our COVID Safe checklist, Certificate of Compliance and/or COVID Safe Plan at any time.

*Social Group = a group of friends who purchased their tickets together and may include family members who do not reside in the same household.

We are proud members of our state and national performing arts centres networks who have been driving the development and implementation of COVID Safe Plans in our venues.
